New build 4000m² research & development pharmaceutical centre for Stryker Medical Devices, Carrigtwohill, Cork.
The two storey building includes test labs, clean rooms, surgical skills simulation rooms, advance development labs, pilot production lines, high class office works spaces with associated plant rooms, staff facilities and circulations spaces.
The building has been built to a BREEAM ‘Very Good Rating’ using the latest construction materials and techniques.
